The process of getting started as an English teacher:
OBSERVE: take part in lessons together with an experienced teacher;
RECEIVE: all the necessary teaching materials will be provided, which you need to implement the lessons;
TRAIN: each Friday learn with us in “practice sessions”; gain encouragement and support from your colleagues;
WORK: conduct lessons independently or with another teacher.

The work experience was profoundly formative for me, it gave me good insight on how it would be to actually teach English in schools (in this case to very young children) and I could develop some personal skills.
