The work experience was profoundly formative for me, it gave me good insight on how it would be to actually teach English in schools (in this case to very young children) and I could develop some personal skills.
The support was always on top and the team has always been very friendly and welcoming from day one 😊❤️
This was my second Erasmus experience, and although I arrived without high expectations, my time in Riga deeply connected me to the city, its people, and its culture. Working closely with Latvian colleagues helped me gain valuable professional experience, especially in classroom management in a multicultural environment, which I believe I could not have gained in my own country. The accommodation and working conditions were well organized and sufficient, and any issues were handled quickly and supportively. Overall, the care, safety, and inspiration I received made this an unforgettable experience, and I am sure I will return to Riga one day.
